Britley’s first birthday was so funny.  She got to eat cake and first she picked at it for a second and once she got a taste of the frosting she dug in.  She tried sharing with her cousins, she clapped and make the cake fly everywhere, eventually she put her face in it to eat and then her feet.   She rubbed come of the frosting on the back of her chair and ate the frosting off that too.  it was really funny to watch and now every time she sees cake she wants some.

Britley was so kind to all family and friends back in Utah because she started walking the 3rd day after we moved to Washington.  She loves walking around and is having fun with the freedom.  I will post video soon.

So My last post about Britley was when she was 2 months old, she is now 7 months old.  She has grown so much and it is so much fun seeing the things she can do.  She is now smiling all of the time, no exaggerations, sits on her own, holds her own bottle, and walks all over in her walker.   She is being too stubborn to crawl though, if she wants something out of her reach she rolls to get it or yells till someone looks at her.  She may waves to you if your lucky.  She has slept all night since she was born and that still continues.

Her favorite TV shows are football and Simpsons with dad 🙂   She will watch Baby Einstein sometimes but gets bored with it.   She loves people and getting attention.

Britley has 2 teeth on the bottom now and it has not been pleasant getting them but with how well she is, I am just fine with a little grumpiness with teething.

Britley was 7.7 lbs and 19.5 inches when she was born and now is 19 lbs. and 26 inches.  She is a Joy and Blessing to our family.

I guess I stink at keeping this blog up to date.  I will try harder.

Had a doc apt on thursday and she said everything is going great but still don’t know when baby Britley will come.  I still hope she comes early.

I have started feeling the Braxton Hicks coming on every now.  I have definately dropped and I get hit in the hips so thats interesting. 

The baby room is pretty much complete minus the things from the baby showers.  I love it and will post pictures soon. 

My next doc apt is June 4th and I hope the doc has great news, like Britley will come early 🙂   Keep you posted.

Time is getting closer. Britley is moving so much and I love to watch her moving. Jeff thinks its weird and looks like an alien when she moves. I am getting bigger and feel like I’m gonna pop. I start my 3rd trimester on Wednesday and can’t wait. I am also finally starting to gain some weight. At the beginning I lost alot because I was so sick and it didn’t start coming back till now. Not that I want to gain weight but Im happy to know that I am so Britley will be healthy.

I got her bedding set that is so cute. Its pink, green and yellow. I also made a lamp to match it and its so cute too.

We are so excited to be having a girl.  When we were doing the ultrasound she would not stop moving.  She was kicking like crazy and even the tech doc could feel her kicking.  She has a very strong heart and looks great.

It was amazing to see her and how great she is growing.

We shared the video with our families to announce the gender and everyone was so excited to find out it was a girl.

We can’t wait till she gets here.

Jeff and I go on February 11th to find out the gender.  We are so excited and I can’t wait so I can start picking out room decor 🙂

We announced on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to our families that we will be having a baby.  I am 15 weeks today and am due on June 25th.  We are very excited.  Jeff would really love a boy and I am good either way.  I am doing well as the nausea passes.  I am getting bigger and can feel the pulling and stretching as the baby grows.  We will find out what we are having in February.  More updates to come later.
