Year too long

Well, it has been over a year since I have posted here.  I can’t believe I went that long, I guess I was so busy.  I am going to get better because I want my kids to be able to go read all about us and growing up etc so I have no choice.

Here are the updates:

We moved from Lynnwood to Kent this past summer/fall into a house we are renting.  We love the space it gives us to grow and couldn’t rent from better people 🙂  Brit loves having a backyard to play in and asks to go outside often.  Boo thinks its the best to be able to run around.  We have a fabulous ward and lots of friends in our new area.  We couldn’t ask for anything better.

Our biggest news this year is we are expecting our 2nd daughter.  She is due May 31st.  We are so excited and Brit can’t wait to be a big sister.  She already likes to feel mom’s belly and “wake up” the baby to feel her move.  She even sings to the baby, its so sweet.  I have had a very hard time during this pregnancy with dehydration, painful braxton hicks contractions, extreme colds, and double vision.  Not all these pertain to the pregnancy but they all happened during this pregnancy that it makes it harder to cope when my body is trying to grow a baby.  The baby is very healthy and growing well so we are not worried.  All the sicknesses will soon pass and we can get back to a healthy life.

Jeff is still working on his business and it is growing extremely well.  He is always busy but always makes time for Britley and I.  He is playing basketball at church every Thursday night and is loving it.

Brit is growing like a bean stock.  She is very opinionated and likes to do things herself.  We are in the middle of potty training and she is doing very well.  She has her own potty that sings to her every time she goes.  Hopefully we can get of diapers very soon.  Brit loves playing with friends, coloring, painting, watching movies, playing games on her tablet, going outside and shopping.  She is speaking very well and every day her speech gets better.  We love having her in our lives.
